There's a lot and it's all tied into River, to no one's surprise. Anxiety about her being found, either by the people who hurt her or the Inquisition figuring out how dangerous she is and deciding to do something about it or just general demonic possession. Needless guilt about letting this happen and not getting to her sooner, and some guilt about what he had to do to get her out in the end. He stuffs all that down pretty deep because otherwise it would get in the way of actually taking care of her. Is there anything else that can be found in their app or wiki pages that should remain off-limits? Nope, though if Cole would decide to tell anyone about the blood magic I'd like that to be plotted out.
